Where we ship: we ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, we are not able to ship there yet.

Shipping cost: free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery time: your order is sent with a tracked service from our fulfilment partner. Allow 15-25 business days within Greece and 15-30 business days for all other destinations, counted from dispatch.

Tracking: we email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier.

Duties and taxes: orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner outside the EU. Where an import charge applies, it is collected by the carrier. We never invoice you for anything after checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the quoted timeframe, email support@chncompany.net and we will locate it or make it right.
