We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email support@chncompany.net with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Approved returns are sent to: CHN, Proxenou Koromila 32, 546 23 Thessaloniki, Greece. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods are received.
